Product introduction:
Stainless steel globe valves can be used for control, isolation and switching. Its ability to control flow makes it the best choice for many applications requiring precision and accuracy. The valve stem is made of stainless steel, which has better corrosion resistance than other materials. In addition, the stainless steel stop valve is easy to clean because its rough surface can prevent dust accumulation.
Product features:
1. stop valve is used to allow or prevent fluid from passing through the pipeline. The utility model is characterized in that a ball is installed in the wedge-shaped valve seat. Therefore, pressure from either side of the valve forces the ball against the seat opposite it, allowing fluid to pass through. There are different types of globe valves, such as gate valve, swing valve and butterfly valve. Stainless steel stop valve is a kind of control valve. It is an S-shaped pipe with a circular or spherical body that connects one pipe to another. By rotating the manual handle, the port opening size can be changed and the water flow speed can be adjusted to meet different requirements.
2. stainless steel stop valves are used in key applications. These valves are ANSI 150, ANSI 150A, 150B and 300 series stainless steel. The valve is made of heavy material, with long service life and corrosion resistance. They are equipped with ceramic seats to prevent clogging and seizure caused by contaminated fluid. For larger sizes, the valve body can be configured with an optional internal surface finish to seal the differential pressure or online filter configuration.
3. the valve has small pressure drop and stable and accurate opening and closing. It has good water tightness and can be connected with pipes of different materials under high and low pressure. Our stop valves are made of stainless steel and designed for EPDM piping systems. Pipes provide the best performance, which means longer service life. The stainless steel stop valve is a flow control point, which blocks or opens the fluid channel by rotating the handle on the valve.
4. stainless steel stop valve is a common control valve in fluid power system. Its design is almost the same as that of the gate valve, with one exception: Although the valve port of the gate valve is controlled by rotating the upper valve core, the connection between the valve port and the lower valve body is fixed and rotates with it. Therefore, when the valve is operated, the valve port does not actually move.
5. materials
This stainless steel stop valve is composed of a durable, corrosion-resistant main clamp with high tensile strength and moderate pressure. Made of 304 stainless steel, the system has excellent performance, super chemical resistance, high thermal conductivity, light weight and convenient installation. The valve works normally in industrial applications such as water treatment, mining, power plants and water conveyance systems.

Application & Function:
APIRT Cast steel globe valve is used for throttling flow control. Shut off is accomplished by moving the disc against the flow stream rather than across it as in the case with a gate valve. The flow pattern through a globe valve involves changes in direction, resulting in greater resistance to flow, causing high pressure drop. Didtek Cast steel Globe valve is an excellent valve to use for on-off service, also is highly suited for frequent cycling and control of fluids anywhere in amount or volume between the open and closed positions.
APIRT Cast steel globe valve must be installed in the proper relation to the media flow as indicated by the flow direction arrow marked on the valve body. This valve is considered uni-directional and must be installed with the pressure side or inlet under the seat.
Accessories:
Accessories such as gear operators, actuators, bypasses, locking devices, chain wheels, extended stems and bonnets for cryogenic service and many others are available to meet the customers' requirements.
